Taking a break

A cooling-off period gives you a pause of 1 day up to 6 months. During it you cannot deposit or play and you will not receive offers, but you can still withdraw your balance.

Self-exclusion

If you need a longer stop, ask our support team to close your account for a set time or for good. While self-exclusion is active you cannot use the account and we stop sending promotions. Crypto payments are not covered by deposit limits, cooling-off or self-exclusion, so choose another payment method if you want those tools to apply.
